Why Everything Has Felt Stuck Since September? And What’s Finally Shifting Now…

If it feels like life has been on pause since September, (like you’ve been trying to move forward through invisible resistance) you’re not imagining things.

Collectively, we’ve been in a liminal phase: a stretch of time where the old no longer works, but the new hasn’t arrived yet. These periods are infamous in astrology,it makes us feeling stagnant, unmotivated, and emotionally heavy. So what happened, and why does it finally feel like something is about to move?

The Stagnation Phase: September to Now

Since early autumn, the dominant planetary themes have been: Saturn’s pressure (delays, reality checks, slow progress) Neptune’s influence (fog, uncertainty, low energy, spiritual fatigue) Eclipse season + nodal activity (endings without clear beginnings).

So, You may have felt a strange mix of restlessness with little to no motivation. Even when you put in effort, things didn’t seem to pick up. You could decide on things, make plans internally, gain clarity, yet no real execution followed.

Astrologically, we’ve been in an in-between space.

The old energies were already loosening their grip, but the new ones hadn’t fully integrated into our lives yet. This is why progress felt stalled despite inner movement. This has been a transitional phase.

So what’s changing now that Neptune finally steps back into Aries?

We’re moving from processing to activation. This doesn’t mean we’ll wake up tomorrow suddenly full of fire and direction. There’s still a short integration phase ahead, and we need to hang in just a little longer. But the shift has begun!

The good news is that the Mars–Pluto activation awakens a new kind of willpower within us, a deeper, more grounded resolve. A sense that we can finally breathe again and begin breaking out of the powerlessness we’ve been sitting in.

The true starting point is getting closer and closer. We’re not quite there yet, but we’re no longer stuck.

This part is important: astrology rarely moves from stagnation to movement overnight. The sequence is almost always:

Stagnation > Irritation > Courage > Momentum

Right now, we’re crossing from irritation into courage. And that’s how real movement begins.

Saturn + Neptune: The End of Passive Waiting

We will fully step into the action phase once Saturn enters Aries (around February 14). This is where things get real.

Saturn and Neptune together won’t allow passive waiting anymore. Relying on signs or external confirmation instead of actively shaping our direction simply won’t work under this energy. The fog lifts once we accept that, answers won’t just magically appear, we have to find them/forge them ourselves. From here on, dreams without structure begin to dissolve.

Avoidance stops being an option.
Wishful thinking loses its power.
Spiritual bypassing stops working.

This is pure maturation. We’re being asked to face ourselves honestly and sit with the questions that actually move life forward:

  • What am I truly willing to commit to?
  • What am I no longer willing to tolerate?

These aren’t abstract questions! The answers you give, shape your next chapter in very concrete ways. And the key is honesty… not what sounds right, but what’s real on a soul level.

What to Expect Moving Forward

Next 4–6 weeks: Internal shifts, decisions, emotional closures.
This is where clarity settles internally, even if nothing looks different yet, trust yourself and trust the universal energies. Do the inner work now!

Late spring / early summer: Visible changes, momentum, external movement.
What’s been decided internally finally finds form. Time to build the future.

By mid-year: A clear understanding of why this pause was necessary. In hindsight, the delay makes sense.

This wasn’t a dead period. It was recalibration. And now, the direction is locking in!

On a collective level: this next phase doesn’t look like instant awakening.

The gaslighting we experience day-by-day are about to turn up to an almost absurd volumeare you seriously saying this out loud?” levels.

When old systems sense that they’re losing legitimacy, they double down on narrative control. Neptune involved means distortion, selective truth, emotional manipulation. Saturn involved means institutions trying to enforce a version of reality that is simply not true. Aka. another push, another spin cycle, another attempt to sell instability as normal.

But here’s the paradox; and this is where our hope is well placed! This kind of gaslighting doesn’t work the way it used to. Because Saturn + Neptune together don’t just blur reality… they also expose the cracks. The contradictions get louder. The stories stop lining up. People don’t necessarily rebel right away, but something crucial happens:

  • trust erodes
  • cognitive dissonance becomes unbearable
  • people stop outsourcing authority over their own perception

This is a growth opportunity, initiating a collective realization, that the old structures cannot support the future we meant to build, these systems we’re told to rely on are fundamentally outdated, therefore it must change!

Continuing to pretend things can go on as before now demands active self-betrayal and fewer people are willing to comply.

Neptune dissolves the illusion. Saturn forces accountability.

Together, they remove the option of unconscious participation. So,the noise may get louder. The manipulation become more obvious. The messaging more desperate. But with that, the old system works against itself this time.

We don’t need everyone to wake up at once. We just need enough people to stop pretending.

That’s how old worlds end, with credibility loss. And we’re already there.

Side note, especially to my Regulars <3

My regulars know my jokes about the hard times we’re supposedly “about to face” up until the 2040s.

Here’s the thing: I wasn’t exaggerating. Astrology shows we’re in a long arc of restructuring, systemic shake-ups, and collective wake-up calls… a slow, relentless reality check that doesn’t peak overnight. The weird, frustrating, exhausting energy isn’t just this weeks or this months, it’s part of a multi-decade pattern that we’re living through right now.

But here’s the funny part: the people who laugh at it now are actually preparing themselves without realizing it. Humor has a sneaky way of building perspective and resilience. While some are gaslit or frustrated, the ˇin on the jokeˇ crew gets to observe, adapt, and even thrive.

The hard times may be coming… but at least we get to laugh at the trailer together, while we figure out the plot.
